Coaching Packages

50-minute 1-on-1 coaching sessions that are hosted on the Zoom platform with options of bi-weekly or monthly sessions for a maximum of 3 months. This is a pay-as-you-go package in which you are not locked into a contractual number of sessions, not to exceed 3 months or a maximum of 6 sessions. All clients are required to have a consultation prior to contract agreement of services. Client will be required to pay their non-refundable fee for each session individually at the time of appoinment book

50-minute 1-on-1 coaching sessions that are hosted on the Zoom platform for a minimum 3 month (or 6 sessions) commitment, not to exceed a maximum of 6 months (or 12 sessions) total. Clients are required to have a consultation prior to contract agreement of services. Client will be required to pay a $100 deposit at the time of contract agreement and will be offer a each monthly payment prior to services rendered for that month.

75-minute group coaching session that can be hosted in-person or via the Zoom platform. Currently not offering in-person sessions outside of the DC, Maryland and Virginia. Travel fees may be applied. All group sessions require 50% deposit at the time of contract agreement with final payment due at least 14 days prior to the session.
